- A valid Oregon Physical Agility Test (ORPAT) passed within the last 12 months (August 2015 - August 2016)
- Date of Frontline Testing (as requested in supplemental questionnaire)

National Testing Network will be holding two tests at Central Oregon Community College one on July 9th and one again on August 13th starting at 10am. Testing can also be completed at the Brooklake campus of Chemeketa Community College and a variety of other locations. ORPAT will also be offered at COCC at 1230 on July 9th and August 13th, by the City of Bend. Candidates taking the ORPAT only at COCC should wear appropriate athletic attire and bring proper identification. To RSVP for ORPAT testing at COCC, please contact Laura Jacobs ljacobs@bendoregon.gov or Sgt. Brian Beekman Bbeekman@bendoregon.gov at least seven days prior to the date.

Select the department and read over all the requirements and if qualified, select a testing location and a time and date for testing.
