STARTING SALARY
$20.86 to $24.95 per hour
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- be a U.S. citizen
- possess a valid driver's license
- be at least 21 years of age
- possess a high school diploma or GED
- possess two years of full-time commissioned police service within the last three years
- completed at least probationary period with current or previous employer
- have the ability to read, speak, and write the English language
- graduation from the Washington State Training Commission basic academy or have the ability to obtain an equivalency certificate within one year of hire date
SELECTION PROCESS
- oral interview
- polygraph test

- medical examination
- physical fitness test
