MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- be a U.S. citizen
- possess a valid driver's license
- be at least 21 years of age
- possess a high school diploma
- certification as a Police Officer is preferred

HOW TO APPLY
The recruitment process for Police Officer is on a continuous basis. The examination process will be repeated periodically depending on the number of new applicants. complete an employment application to include but not limited to, detailed description of duties, month and year, and complete addresses on each job listed. You also need to complete a Police Officer Form #281 detailed residence history. Applicants should apply at the Personnel Department, City of Dothan, First Floor, Roy Driggers Municipal Building, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
