HOW TO APPLY
Kalamazoo accepts applications on an ongoing basis. Kalamazoo residents should apply at the Michigan Works Service Center located at 1601 South Burdick, Kalamazoo, Michigan. The Service Center is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Other Applicants - Call the City of Kalamazoo Human Resources Department at (269) 337-8052 and request an application be mailed to you.

Applications are reviewed once a year, usually in the spring. If selected to test, applicants will be notified by mail advising of location, date and time of the written test.
