STARTING SALARY
$1,182.12 per month


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- be a U.S. citizen
- possess a valid driver's license
- be at least 18 years of age
- possess a high school diploma or GED
- have successfully completed police academy training or its equivalent (as required by the Michigan Commission On Law Enforcement Standards, MCOLES) and be able to be licensed as a police officer at the time of application
OR
- at the time of application have successfully passed the MCOLES pre-test and possess current valid pre-test scores as prescribed in the Pre Test Information Booklet
